I don’t read that many series these days – I don’t have the time or attention span to really lose myself in that big of a commitment. The only exception is the Heartstopper series, which I absolutely adore. I haven’t read the fifth book as I’m saving it, and I’ve heard that the sixth is due out soon. I’ve also heard that will be the last book in the series, and that does make me feel some feels, so I’m going to guess that when I’ve finished this series, I’ll wish there were more! The only other one I can think of is the Agatha Raisin series, which is a series of easy to read cosy mysteries that got me through the worst part of my pregnancy and for which I’ve had a soft spot ever since. Unfortunately the author passed away, and while I think there were a couple in the pipeline that were published posthumously, I’m pretty sure they’re all out now. Very sad, and very much wish that series could have gone on forever!
What about you guys? Are you big series readers? Are there any series you are deeply invested in? Any that are worth checking out for someone who doesn’t really do series?

This is a fun prompt, I haven’t read the Heartstopper series but I could see wanting more of those books. I’m not a big series reader and tend to avoid them entirely so I don’t know if I have any I’d want another book for, there are too many I haven’t finished as is!
I’m completely with you – this prompt was a bit of a challenge for me! At least it wasn’t a top ten Tuesday, so I didn’t have to come up with many! Lol
I like cozy mysteries, too. They’re a nice palate cleanser.
I haven’t read any other series, but I would definitely love to find something with the same feel (though perhaps a little less hopeless love life angle!).
I agree. Series do take up quite a bit of time. And yes! The Heartstopper series is brilliant.
I don’t have a problem with them, I just also don’t have much of an attention span! There are not many series that I can keep up the excitement for for that long!
