Prompt: How often do you enter Goodreads giveaways? And how many have you won over the years?
I’ve entered a lot of Goodreads giveaways over the years, because it’s so simple to do, and why not? There are so many new and exciting books coming out every season, and Goodreads is the place to find out about them and track which ones I want to read. But not only that, paperback editions often have their own giveaways to get some buzz and excitement going about titles that have been out for a while in hardback, so it’s a great way to catch books on their second hype. I’ve won I think two Goodreads giveaways over the years, and though I’ve entered hundreds, I still feel very lucky to have won those! I don’t remember which ones I won at this point, but I think one was a thriller and the other a literary fiction.
